Fluffy kodo Idlis..
One cup urad dal
2.5 cups kodo Millet
Salt
Soak urad dal and kodo Millet separately for 5 hrs.
Grind dal and kodo Millet and make batter
Add salt and keep it aside for whole night.
By morning the batter gets fermented.
Now as the batter the ready , steam idlis and serve hot
