*Jowar Ravva Idli*


Ingredients:

Urad Dal -1 cup

Jowar Ravva -2 cups

Methi seeds -1/4 tsp 


Process :


1.Soak urad dal and methi seeds in a container with water for 4-6 hours.                      


2.In another bowl soak Jowar Ravva for 4-6 hrs.


3.After they are soaked for 4-6 hrs, grinds the urad dal to smooth batter .                       


4.Take it out in a bowl , squeeze of water for Jowar Ravva and add it to the urad dal batter 


5.Let it ferment for another 6 hrs, or untill it ferments                    


6.After 6 hrs add salt and mix well .                 

 

7.Grease the Idli mould with water or oil and pour the batter in 

       

8.Steam the Idlis for about 15-20 min        Serve hot with chutney or Sambhar.
