Kodo Millet Kanji:
1 Glass Kodo Millet
10 Glasses of Water
Salt as per your taste
½ TSP turmeric
For tempering: Cumin Seeds,mustard seeds,urad dal,chopped raddish,tomatoes,carrots,green beans, all colors capsicums,coriander leaves
Preparation Method
Take 1 cup kodo millet into a clay pot
Add 10 cups of water and soak it overnight or 8 hours
Cook it on medium flame till we get porridge like consistency
Stir occasionally
Prepare tempering using Cumin Seeds,mustard seeds,urad dal,chopped raddish,tomatoes,carrots,green beans, all colors capsicums,coriander leaves
Add the tempering to cooked kodo millets.
