 LITTLE MILLET UPMA:


Receipe:Used Little millet.

In a cooker add ghee ,tomatoes, potatoes carrot, beans, red chilles, green chillies, cinnamon stick, soaked samai and moong dal 3:1 ratio ,.salt ,corriander leaves, added caramelized onion on top of it.

Carmelised means sauteed onions to a dark pink color not brown color.

Water around 2 to 2.5 cups depending on whether you want it mushy or not.

Tadka mustard seeds and jeera 

2 whistles dont release pressure 

Once pressure settles mix it.
