Millet halbai:
1 cup foxtail millet
1 cup jagerry
3 cups water
0.5 cup coconut
Cardamom
1 teaspoon ghee or coconut oil vegan option.
Soak millet for 2 hours in water.
Grind coconut ,millet and 2 cups water into thinconsistency.
Add 1 cup water and jagerry in Kadai.
Once the liquid starts boiling add the grinded mixture and stir.
Keep on stirring until it has the halwa consistency.
Add 2 tsp ghee and stir for 1 more min and turn off
Rub lil ghee over a plate
Spread the halwa over the plate and let it cool.
Cut and serve.
Preferably served cold.
