BrokenBajra/Sajjalu – 1/2cup
Water – 2cups
Curd – 1cup (made of desi cow milk)
Carrot – 2.5 tbsp grated
Cucumber – 2tbsp finely chopped
RawMango –1tbsp finely chopped
Corianderleaves – 2tsp finely chopped
Salt – totaste
ToTemper:
Oil –1tsp
Mustardseeds –1/2tsp
Curryleaves –few
GreenChilli –1finelychopped
Ginger –1/4inchpiece
Method:
- Cook millets in a steel/mud vessel avoid pressure cooker.
- Once the cooked millet comes to normal temperature add curd and mix well.
- Now add chopped vegetables and salt.
- Temper the curd rice.
