Raagi jaava (finger millet malt)
Take 2-3 glass water as per your requirement and cardommon powder let the water boil, add organic jaggery. Take 2-3 spoons of raagi flour in a glass or bowl and make it a fine paste to avoid lumps. Now add this paste to the boiling water and cook it on low flame for 5mins.
For diabetic patients add only salt. (No cardommon, no jaggery)
