Jowar Dosa



Combine the fenugreek seeds and urad dal in a bowl and soak for 2 hours in water.


Drain them well and blend in a mixer using around ¾ cup of water.


Transfer it into a bowl. Add the jowar flour, salt, 1 ¾ cups of water and mix them well. Cover it and keep them to ferment overnight.


Mix well the next day. Heat the tawa and sprinkle some water on it. Wipe it off with a cloth.


Pour the batter on it and spread it to make a thin circle.


Smear ¼ tsp of oil over the circle and cook on a medium flame. Wait till it turns brown and crisp.


Serve immediately
