Ragi Masala Roti*

Ingredients:

                                                                    Ragi Flour 2 cups

Mix of grated vegetables, here used 1 carrot 1 boiled potato 1/2 cup  cabbage 1/2 cup beetroot 1, 1/2 cup chopped onion 3 green chilies,  1/2tspn ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves use greens of your choice like  palak or fenugreek 

1/4 tspn jeera

1/4 tspn hing 

salt per taste

Sesame seeds 1 tspn

Oil 2 to 3 tspn

Method:

Heat oil in a pan  add ginger garlic paste, jeera, roughly chopped onion, green chilies, hing and saute 4 to 5.minutes let it cool and ground it to a fine paste.

In a big vessel take 1/2 cup water and let it boil add 1 cup ragi flour to this and stir it quickly, let it  cook on steam for 2 to 3 miniutes make a paste similar to ragi muddha.

Add 1 more cup of ragi flour and mix with  the paste  it till everything combines to a dough similar to chapati consistency.                                           Roll like a Chapati and roast with oil.
