Instant ragi dosa
1 cup ragi flour, 1/2 cup rice flour and 1/2 cup rava. 3/4 to 1 cup curd. Mix everything with salt, finely chopped onions and finely chopped green chillies. Add water and make a thin batter. Add tadka of mustard, curry leaves and hing.
Can skip or reduce rava. Rice flour gives crispness. Enjoy with peanut chutney or coconut chutney.
